The God Who Fits Inside a Box

A simple wooden box becomes the center of a divine plan to reunite Radha and Krishna, who are separated by social rules and constant surveillance from Radha’s family. Krishna willingly hides inside the box, showing his humility and deep desire to be close to Radha. Ironically, Abhimanyu, Radha’s supposed husband, unknowingly carries the box himself, symbolizing how even the forces that seem to separate the soul from the divine can become instruments of reunion. When the box is opened, Radha experiences overwhelming joy and astonishment, while the sakhis laugh in spiritual delight at the beauty of the divine arrangement. The story teaches that divine love always finds a way, often through unexpected paths, and that spiritual awakening can arrive hidden within ordinary life.
